Why don’t the questions appear on my phone? All I see are the answers.

To play Tap TV Trivia, you’ll need to visit one of our official Tap TV locations — once you’re at a location, you’ll be able to see the questions on TV screens inside the venue. We’ve partnered with hundreds of awesome bars and restaurants all across the country. Check out the locator screen to find one near you!

Why does the TV say “Syncing Scores”? It’s not showing how many points I have!

Tap TV systems have to check in regularly to tell us who’s playing and how many points they have — if the scores aren’t showing up, the location might be having trouble with its internet connection. We’d be eternally grateful if you could let someone who works there know about the problem, so they can look into it!

I’m choosing the correct answers, but I’m not getting credit for them. What’s going on?

Double-check to make sure that you’re checked into the right location. The letter that corresponds to the correct answer is different at each Tap TV location — so while from your point of view you might be choosing correctly, our elusive Tap TV supercomputers think you’re picking the wrong answer.

If you’re definitely checked into the right location and are still experiencing problems, let us know and we’ll look into the issue.

Hey, I saw a wrong answer / typo / question in the wrong category / something else that was weird! What gives?

We try really hard to make sure our trivia is grammatically and factually accurate, in addition to being fun. (Seriously! Each question is lovingly hand-crafted by our team of Ancient & Mysterious Trivia Ninjas.)
