Why isn’t anything happening on TV? I connected to the location, but all it says is “SYNCING TABLE.”
This usually means the location’s internet connection is down. If the Tap TV unit loses its connection to our servers, it can’t find out what’s happening at the table, and so has nothing to display. You should check with the staff at your location and let them know their connection might be having issues.
